º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº 0.2% Ŭ·Î¸£Çí½ÃµòÀÌ ÇÔÀ¯µÈ Peak¢ç Universal Bond (PUB)ÀÇ ¿ìÄ¡ »ó¾ÆÁú¿¡¼­ÀÇ Àü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ¸¦ ¾Ë¾Æº¸´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù. 30°³ ¿ìÄ¡ÀÇ »ó¾ÆÁú ½ÃÆíÀ» 10°³¾¿ ¼¼ ±ºÀ¸·Î ³ª´©¾î I±º¿¡´Â Adper¢â Single Bond Universal (SB)¸¦ Àû¿ëÇÏ¿´°í II±º¿¡´Â Consepsis¢ç¸¦ ó¸®ÇÑ ÀÌÈÄ SB¸¦ Àû¿ëÇÏ¿´°í III±º¿¡´Â PUB¸¦ Àû¿ëÇÏ°í Filtek¢â Z-350 XT B3 shade¸¦ ÃæÀüÈÄ °¢°¢ÀÇ Àü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ¸¦ ºñ±³ Æò°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±× °á°ú »êºÎ½Ä ÈÄ Consepsis¢ç¸¦ »ç¿ëÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº »ó¾ÆÁúÀÇ Àü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ¿¡ ÀÖ¾î Åë°èÇÐÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸ÀÌÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù(p > 0.05). SB¿¡ Consepsis¢ç¸¦ Àû¿ëÇϰųª Àû¿ëÇÏÁö ¾ÊÀº °ÍÀÇ Àü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ¿Í PUBÀÇ Àü´Ü°áÇÕ°­µµ´Â Åë°èÇÐÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷À̸¦ º¸¿´´Ù(p < 0.05).

The purpose of this study is to investigate shear bond strengths of Peak¢ç Universal Bond (Ultradent, USA) containing 0.2% chlorhexidine in bovine dentin. Total of 30 bovine teeth were divided into three groups, 10 teeth each. Before comparing and evaluating shear bond strength, in group I, Adper¢â Single Bond Universal (3M ESPE, USA) was applied, in group II, processing with Consepsis¢ç (Ultradent, USA) was followed by applying Adper¢â Single Bond Universal, and in group III, Peak¢ç Universal Bond was applied and filled with Filtek¢â Z-350 XT (3M/ESPE, USA) shade B3. As a result, processing with Consepsis¢ç after acid etching showed no statistically significant influence on shear bond strength of dentin (p > 0.05). The shear bond strength of with or without Consepsis¢ç on Adper¢â Single Bond Universal and that of Peak¢ç Universal Bond showed statistically significant difference (p < 0.05).
